Registration and Payment

Registration or booking fees must be paid in full by the invoice due date to confirm your place in the event. Once payment has been received, you will be sent email confirmation of receipt of your payment.


Refund Policy

  • All event prices are in Australia dollars (AUD)
  • All final event prices are inclusive of 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax)
  • Registration and/ or deposit payments made to secure bookings at workshops, events, conferences and tours etc, are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by ICN.
  • An alternative representative may be nominated to attend. Written advice of replacement attendee must be provided to ICN within three (3) working days of the event date.
  • Full refunds will be made if the event is cancelled by ICN, or if the event is re-scheduled by ICN and you are unable to attend on the new date.
  • ICN is not responsible for any other costs which participants may have incurred, including but not limited to, travel, car expenses, insurance, purchases and/or rentals.
